Sunflower Integrative Wellness

Elise Frost, at Sunflower Integrative Wellness, is a Society for Oncology Massage Preferred Provider and has completed continuing education at Beaumont Hospital to be able to work with cancer patients and survivors. Oncology massage is intended to provide intentional and informed massage for individuals undergoing cancer treatments and those who are in remission from cancer. Oncology massage therapists understand the unique needs and adjustments that need to be made for this population. Massage therapy can help ease and support individuals living with and survivors of cancer by supporting the body in recovering from the short and long term affects of radiation, chemotherapy, lymphedema, scar tissue, and importantly, assists in managing the mental and emotional stress of illness.
